Privacy policy

This policy is from Monarch Assets LLC, 8 The Green, Suite #5311, Dover, DE 19901, USA (“we”), the operator of CloneHound.
What we collect
- On this site: a page-view and click event with the page path, the button or link that was clicked, any UTM tags in the address, and the referring site name. It carries no name, no email, no cookie and no persistent identifier. We use no cookies and no third-party scripts.
- When you email us: your email address and what you write.
- When you become a customer: your brand, store and trademark details, your list of official domains and resellers, and billing details, which are handled by our payment provider.
The free copycat check: when you ask for it, the form collects your name, work email, store website, an optional phone number, the country your request came from, and the page, referring site and UTM tags that brought you to it. We use that only to send you the free report and to follow up about it, and we keep it until you ask us to delete it.
How we use it
To reply to you, run the checks and filings you ask for, take payment, and see which pages and buttons are used. We do not sell personal data.
Who sees it
Our hosting and email providers, our payment provider, and, when we file a report for you, the platform receiving it. Some platforms may pass the name of the person who filed the report to the seller, so we file with a role email address and not a personal one.
How long we keep it
Emails and customer records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal duties. Site events are kept in server logs for a short period.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing hello@clonehound.io. If you are in the EU, UK or California, you have the rights the law gives you there, and the same address handles those requests.
