Refunds and cancellation

Free clone check

Free. Nothing to refund.

Pay on removal

You are charged only for removals we can show you with the platform’s confirmation. A listing, ad or store the platform has not taken down is not charged. If a charged removal is reversed by the platform within 14 days, email us and we refund that charge.

Monthly protection

Month-to-month, with no annual term and no cancellation fee. Cancel by emailing hello@clonehound.io; you keep the service until the end of the month you have paid for. If we filed nothing for your brand in a month because we found nothing to file, we credit that month on request.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged in error, email hello@clonehound.io and we correct it and refund the difference.
